- Categories of Records Available Without Request
The following information is available without a formal request:
- Company registration details;
- Product brochures and price lists;
- Terms and Conditions;
- Return and Refund Policies;
- Privacy and POPIA notices.
- Records Available on Request
Subject to applicable law and grounds for refusal, we hold records in the following categories:
- Personnel records: Employment contracts, policies;
- Customer records: Orders, invoices, delivery notes;
- Supplier records: Contracts, correspondence;
- Company records: CIPC documentation, tax returns;
- Financial records: Audited statements, bank info;
- IT records: Server logs, website analytics;
- Legal records: Agreements, licenses, compliance.
- Request Procedure
Requests must be made using Form C (available from www.justice.gov.za) and submitted to us.
- Grounds for Refusal
Access to a record may be refused if it:
- Contains personal information of a third party;
- Relates to trade secrets or confidential information;
- Is legally privileged;
- Would compromise the safety of individuals or security of systems.
